Scheduling your experience at Carmona’s Salon & Day Spa is an acknowledgement of the following policies:
No Tipping ~ Service pricing reflects the talent and skill of our technical staff as well as the service itself. Because we price accordingly, we are a no tipping salon & spa. Referrals are greatly appreciated in lieu of tips.
Cancellations ~ Out of consideration for others, we kindly ask you to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel an appointment so that your reserved time may be filled. Unless we receive a 24-hour notice, all cancellations and no shows will be responsible for the full appointment cost, and will result in credit card charge or forfeit of gift certificate.
Group bookings require 2-weeks notice of cancellation to avoid non-refundable deposit.
A 50% deposit will be required to reserve multiple service bookings.
Cell Phones ~ For all of our guests’ comfort, please place cell phones on silent mode.
Children ~ In order to ensure a tranquil environment for all of our guests, please make arrangements for young children prior to arriving for your services. Thank you.
Timely arrival ensures full treatment/service time.
Payment Methods ~ Carmona’s accepts cash, local checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Sorry, no out of town checks. Returned checks will be subject to a $25 fee. Prices on menu do not include NM sales tax. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Gift Certificates may be redeemed for services or products. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
No smoking or alcohol beverages permitted on the premises. Thank you.
Carmona’s is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
