Our Team Service Commitment
Reserving Appointments Policy:
A 24 - 48 hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid fees.

Why FEES???:
In terms of time availability in a service natured business, an appointment change of date (i.e. “ I cannot make it today, but I’d like to reschedule for next week”) or modification of pre-scheduled services (i.e. “I decided not to get the highlights today”) has the same impact as a cancellation. While we value the rescheduling of an appointment, we ask for the opportunity to attempt filling the time lost due to your changes, modifications and cancellations. Often times, even a 24 hour notice doesn’t allow us enough of an opportunity to recover lost time. NO SHOW appointments do not allow us ANY opportunity to recover lost time and therefore will result in fees for the full dollar amount of missed services.

• A 24 hour notice (48 hour notice for multiple service appointments or spa packages) is required to avoid paying a minimum of 50% of the dollar value of the appointments being unattended.
• NO SHOWS will be expected to pay 100% of the dollar value of the unattended appointments.
• Fees due prior to a new booking.
• A credit card will be required to hold multiple service bookings or 2nd party bookings. Credit card will not be charged at time of booking, but will be charged if necessary according to our policies. (No different than a hotel reservation)
• Gift certificates will be redeemed in the same manner as fees would apply as indicated in our policy.
• Gift certificates equate to a credit card for holding any appointment times.

Thank you for understanding that untimely changes have a direct impact on the livelihood of our business and technical staff.

Our Team Service Commitment
We are a team of professionals who encourage our guests to receive services from any of our talented team members. While requesting a particular service provider will be honored, it is never expected. Please be aware that if a request is not made, we will automatically schedule according to your time request.

Cell Phones
For all of our guests’ comfort, we kindly ask that all cell phones be placed on silent mode in all service areas.

No Tipping
Thank you for honoring our no tipping policy. The best compliment we could wish for is your return and the referral of your friends and family.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be redeemed for services or products. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Appointment policies & fees apply to gift certificate reservations. (No shows or untimely cancellations/changes will result in forfeit of gift certificate). Gift certificates are redeemable only at the location purchased.

Group Bookings/Multiple Services
Group Bookings require a 50% deposit at time of scheduling and 5 business days notice of ancellation/changes/modifications to avoid non-refundable deposit. Multiple service bookings may require a 50% deposit or credit card reservation.

Online Booking
Some (not all) of our services may be booked online. If a service is not listed, it is due to the need for customized booking. Please do not substitute service selections in booking appointments online. Thank you.

Returns/Exchanges
All make-up sales are final. No returns. No exchanges. No exceptions. Testers available for trying before buying.

Non-make up items may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase when accompanied with receipt of purchase.

Spa Details
Service times quoted on the menu are approximately the length of time of your visit. Your appointment time quoted includes approximately 15 minutes for transitioning into and out of your spa experience. If you are a new guest, we will be asking you to fill out a brief form. For returning guests, timely arrival will allow time to transition into relaxation mode.

Late arrival may require that we make adjustments to your experience, however, in most cases the core of your service is not compromised. If rescheduling is chosen, please be aware that fees will apply. Therefore, it would be best to receive the adjusted experience. Lost time equates to a last minute cancellation.

Robes, spa sandals, facial wraps and towels are provided for our spa guests.

Payment Methods, etc.
Carmona’s accepts cash, local checks, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. Returned checks will be subject to a $25 charge. Prices on menu do not include NM sales tax. Prices are subject to change in between menu updates, please review our web site for current pricing if pricing is a concern.

Children
In effort to consider the experience of all guests, please make arrangements for young children prior to arriving for your services. Thank you.

No Smoking or Alcohol
No smoking or alcoholic beverages permitted on the premises. Thank you.
